10 Lies Men Believe About Female Nature
Since we were young, men have been lied to about female nature,
and these misunderstandings
are the root cause of why so many get blindsided
by a breakup or cheated on behind their backs.
Lie 1: Women Are Attracted to Virtuous Men
Being moral, virtuous, and honorable
does zero for a woman’s attraction.
When it comes to physical attraction,
women do not care about your morality.
This is why individuals like drug dealers
and criminals often have no trouble attracting loyal women.
Lie 2: You Can Negotiate Desire
Genuine desire cannot be earned by being a good boy
or by being compliant.
Engaging in “choreplay” instead of foreplay,
such as taking out the trash, changing diapers,
or washing the dishes,
is not going to make a woman want to suck your d*ck.
If doing chores actually created genuine physical attraction,
men would have been doing them constantly since the dawn of time.
While she might give you a little validation initially,
over time she will begin to lose respect.
Studies even show that when men do more housework,
they become less attractive and get less intimacy from their wives.
Lie 3: Happy Wife, Happy Life
Most guys hear this phrase and think they need to start bending
over backwards for their partner,
believing that doing everything in their power will make her happy.
However, being overly pleasing and accommodating
can create massive resentment.
Without boundaries or self-respect,
behaving in a weak manner is considered low-value behavior
and can lead a woman to become highly manipulative
or unnecessarily vindictive.
You should never pedestalize women
or put a woman above everything else in your life;
your own happiness and self-respect must come first.
Lie 4: Women Hate Nice Guys
Men often hear that “nice guys finish last”
and assume they need to act like total bad boys or *ssholes,
but women do not want to be treated horribly.
What they actually hate is a weak, predictable man.
There is a vast difference between being genuinely nice
and being weak.
Many self-proclaimed “nice guys”
are actually just displaying weak behaviors, such as:
- Pedestalizing women and being needy
- Not having boundaries
- Being indecisive and not taking charge
- Lacking emotional control
Even if you tick all the boxes on paper—wealthy, tall, fit,
or famous—showing too much weak behavior will destroy
her respect and attraction for you.
You can still be a gentleman who opens doors and pays the bill,
but you must remain the leader in the relationship,
enforce boundaries, and keep things unpredictable.
Lie 5: Time Investment Means Something to Women
Women tend to live in the emotional present.
This explains why it is common for a woman to divorce
a man after ten or fifteen years of marriage,
claiming “he changed” or “he’s not the man I married,”
when the reality is simply that she became bored.
Her emotions flatlined.
How long you were married, how much you invested in her,
and how many children you have together
do not dictate her current attraction.
The only thing that truly matters is how she feels
in the present moment, which can change rapidly if you
become extremely boring or display weak behaviors.
Lie 6: Being Good-Looking Matters to Women Like It Does to Men
While being good-looking certainly helps attract women,
other attraction triggers are far more powerful than looks alone.
The most powerful trigger is status and social proof:
women knowing that other women desire you
and other men respect you.
Status is so powerful that a man who is broke,
out of shape, short, or conventionally
unattractive can still have women throwing themselves
at him if he has high social standing.
You can raise your status without being famous by:
- Building yourself into a man worthy of respect (getting fit, making money, acquiring real-world skills).
- Curating a high-quality lifestyle and social circle.
- Being extremely charming, confident, and comfortable as the center of attention in a room.
Lie 7: Women Want You to be Vulnerable
Society frequently tells men to get in touch with their emotions,
but showing raw emotional vulnerability
can severely damage attraction.
Women inherently want you to be invulnerable to be their rock
and protector.
They need to know you are not the kind of guy
who will break under pressure.
By venting your deep insecurities or crying in her arms,
she will subconsciously interpret that as weakness.
It will make her feel unsafe around you,
and she will lose attraction because of it.
Lie 8: Men and Women Think the Same
Men process the world through logic first and emotions second.
Women, on the other hand,
process the world through emotions first
and then backward-rationalize their decisions with logic.
For example, a woman might leave a long-term relationship simply
because she feels bored (emotion),
but she will backward-rationalize her decision
by saying her partner changed (logic).
Assuming that women make decisions based purely on logic
is what causes massive confusion and arguments in relationships.
Lie 9: Women Want What They Say They Want
The truth is that most women are not consciously aware
of what actually attracts them.
This is why they might say they want a vulnerable man
who shows his emotions,
but then choose a partner who very much doesn’t.
They might claim to want serious commitment,
but then have a one-night stand with a stranger.
What women say and what they actually do
are two fundamentally different things.
You should always pay attention to a woman’s actions,
as they are a far more accurate indicator of what she responds to.
Lie 10: Women Are Sugar and Spice and All Things Nice
Women are not infallible creatures who never lie
and can do no wrong. Just like male nature has a light side
(protectors and providers) and a dark side (violent and tyrannical),
female nature also has dual sides.
The good side is beautiful, nurturing,
and the literal birthplace of society.
The dark side is that they can be highly manipulative and unforgiving.
Many men harbor visceral hatred and bitterness toward women
simply because mainstream media
and romantic comedies have fed them a false,
idealized version of female nature.
They end up with a massive gap
between their expectations and reality.
There is no point in resenting a woman for acting according
to her biological nature.
Once you learn to understand and navigate female nature properly,
you can protect your peace of mind
and experience truly happy, fulfilling relationships.
