You’ll see this when you’re in between phases of life (then never again)

This is for young adults out there feeling lost right now.

Maybe you know where you are going and headed,

or at least know a general direction, but you are not there yet.

You start to wonder if it is ever going to happen.

You have a lot of drive and ambition, but things just haven’t clicked yet.

One day, you wake up feeling that it can all happen tomorrow,

and you are on top of the world.

Other times, you are a little down

because it feels like it won’t ever happen at all.

This is not necessarily a bad thing; it just means you

are aware of the current season of life you are in.

Finding Comfort in the Season

It is exactly that: just a season of life.

People who have made it beyond where you currently are have

probably been through this season and thought the exact same things.

It brings comfort to know that there are plenty of people out there

who have done what you want to do, come from less,

and gone through a season like this as well.

Knowing that it is possible is what keeps you going.

Figuring It Out by Doing

If you are lost, want to make progress,

but do not even know what tasks to complete every single day,

just start taking action.

Think about what you do when you are lost in the woods.

You start walking. If you do not, you are going to starve to death.

Nothing will happen if you just stay stuck in the woods.

If you start walking and figure out after two days that you went

in the completely wrong direction, that is fine.

You at least tried a direction,

and now you know which direction you cannot go in.

You can turn around and start walking the other way.

The whole idea is to just take action.

You find out through doing, not by thinking.
