How Social Media leads to your Downfall

Social media is fake.

Depressed people post like they are happy,

broke people post like they have money,

and people post their partners playing innocent—it is all an act.

Social media was named after the goddess of illusion,

meaning everything you see is just an illusion

of what you think life should be.

People buy clothes and chains to impress individuals

who do not even like them.

This dynamic keeps people in the mental state of a child,

so they can never be a threat. It creates self-hatred

and a constant need for approval.

People handle this self-hatred by misspending money to relieve pain,

compensate for insecurities,

and buy products to restructure their image.

Posting bottles on a story every day to look “lit”

is a coping mechanism.

They flex those bottles because they feel empty without them,

partying non-stop, so they do not have to sit in silence.

They avoid reality because they would rather look like they are

winning than do the internal work to actually feel whole.

Constant comparison through a phone makes people sad about

not having what someone else is flexing.

It keeps people distracted by what others are doing,

leading to a lack of focus on oneself and a fixation on materialistic

things that will not leave the earth with you.

The Bandwagon Effect and Craving Validation

This generation needs approval, validation, and to be heard.

If it isn’t posted online, it never happened.

People are brainwashed to follow crowds

and trends because it is cool,

which is known as the bandwagon effect.

The bandwagon effect is when people do something simply

because they see others doing it.

The more people adopt a belief, the more others will join in,

regardless of whether it makes sense.

People do not think in terms of whether something is true;

they think in terms of whether others will accept them

if they believe it is true.

This leads to a society where 90% of people are followers,

distracted by trying to prove themselves

rather than improve themselves.

Relationships and Inner Work

Dating in this generation is largely built on lies, manipulation,

and power games,

like waiting hours to text back so as not to appear too interested.

People are simply following the trend.

Many men spend their lives building external value—such as money,

cars, and achievements—while completely neglecting

their inner selves.

Women are attracted to energy, not just assets.

Good women fall in love with how you make them feel,

not what you can buy them.

If you get money but do not do the internal work,

you will attract people who love you for your money,

not for who you are.

Inner work means not being desperate for attention

and focusing on what actually matters,

such as your God-given purpose.

You must value yourself and have self-acceptance,

so it does not matter if others accept you.

When you crave external validation,

you become easily upset by others’ opinions.

You have to raise your inner wealth,

and the outer wealth will follow.

Dealing with Unsupportive Environments

We live in an incredibly unsupportive generation.

Friends and family will often not support you

because they fear what you are going to become.

They view your progress as competition

and secretly hope you do not outgrow the box they put you in.

Strangers, on the other hand,

are often your biggest supporters because your growth

inspires them rather than threatens them;

they see your value without comparing themselves to you.

When you start making progress and improving your mindset,

people will come out of the woodwork to point out what is wrong.

This is like dogs barking at a moving car—they only bark

because the car is moving.

This is a good indicator to keep going.

Do not lower yourself to fit other people’s low standards.

Misery loves company, and coming across your positive energy can

be triggering to people who do not understand their own lives.

Changing Your Inner World

The outer world reflects what you are, not what you want.

You cannot change your environment and expect your situation

to improve if you keep the same mindset.

You have to get out of a survival mentality first before you can

get out of a survival area.

Everything in this world responds to energy.

If you feel good, relaxed, and positive,

things naturally line up for you.

This is why the world tries to feed people negative energy,

so that nothing works out.

You must tap into your authenticity to find your true purpose,

and you cannot do that while seeking validation from others

or being a people pleaser.

Learn how the mind works, take accountability for your actions,

focus on your internal reality, and you will win in life.
